YTMP3 operates strictly as an automated, transient technical utility enabling users to convert and format-shift publicly accessible digital media streams. You agree to use the Service exclusively for:

• Personal archiving, time-shifting, or format-shifting of content that you personally created or own.
• Content clearly licensed under Creative Commons (CC-BY), Public Domain, or open educational distribution licenses.
• Accessibility uses, including screen-reader voice transcription and offline study.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & User Obligations

You agree that you will not submit URLs for commercial copyrighted audio or video tracks without the explicit, verified permission of the respective copyright holders. Users assume sole legal responsibility for verifying their authorization to convert and store media under applicable jurisdiction laws.

4. Prohibition of Malicious Activity

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, exploit, overload, or bypass the Service’s infrastructure through denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, unauthorized API scraping bots, or reverse-engineering efforts. Any misuse will result in immediate IP-level blocking.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

YTMP3 disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
